3D Renders and Animation for Residential Properties in Valldoreix
For the developer Espígul, we created a series of renders and a 3D animation video showcasing two contemporary homes located on the same plot in the urban area of Valldoreix. This project captures the essence of these modern residences, defined by clean lines and an elegant architectural design.
The homes stand out for their straight, minimalist structures, featuring a white finish that evokes a contemporary Mediterranean aesthetic. Large windows establish a visual connection between the interiors and exteriors, maximizing natural light while framing the urban surroundings. The exterior design integrates both functionally and aesthetically into Valldoreix’s urban landscape.
The interior design, crafted by Esferarquitectura, aligns seamlessly with the exterior’s style, employing a neutral color palette and modern finishes to emphasize the spaciousness and clarity of the spaces. The interiors focus on functionality and comfort, with layouts that maximize usability while maintaining an open and luminous ambiance throughout.
The 3D animation video provides a dynamic perspective of the homes, illustrating the flow between spaces and highlighting design details in motion. With this combination of renders and animation, we aimed to capture the essence of this residential project, emphasizing the cohesion between the interior and exterior design and its seamless integration into the urban context of Valldoreix.
