Drone integrations for architecture and real estate development projects
Reveal your future project integrated into its real environment.
Additionally, we take this technique further by creating sequences over a base video taken by a drone, resulting in scenes with a real background environment, making the experience even more credible.

Integrate your project into the real world
Combine the precision of 3D with the authenticity of real environments thanks to our advanced drone integration technology.
From hyper-realistic 3D images to dynamic video sequences, we showcase your projects in real settings with high commercial value.
Applications of 3D rendering with drones
The use of 3D renderings integrated with drone-captured images provides significant value across various industries and situations. Below are some key use cases:

Real Estate Developments
Show how a residential, commercial, or mixed-use complex will integrate into its real surroundings, capturing buyers’ and investors’ attention.

Urban Design and Landscaping
Represent how buildings, public spaces, and green areas interact with their environment, aiding in understanding scale and impact.

Environmental Impact Assessment

Rural Properties and Land Development
Illustrate how buildings or improvements will be integrated into natural or rural landscapes.

What are the drone integrations by photo or video?
When we do an aerial rendering, things become more complex because to make it look real we would have to model the whole environment and that would be impossible. Let’s say we are projecting a building next to the Alhambra: we would have to model the Alhambra, the whole environment… Something unfeasible.
We then resort to drone integrations: we take a photo of the plot where the project will be located, and we render the 3D of the project only, taking advantage of the aerial photo we have taken with the drone. The result is a ‘hybrid’ render in which there are parts that are real, those of the photo, and parts in 3D superimposed, our project. The result is very real.
Taking it a step further technically, a client might not only want renders but also commission a video, so we offer the option of including an aerial or bird’s-eye view sequence. We use actual footage shot with a drone and overlay it with a 3D video created by us.
