The implementation of this urban design project, on which we have worked closely with the Málaga Urban Planning Department from the outset, is a comprehensive initiative spanning several phases, from the public participation process (selected through a public architectural competition) to the current construction phase.
The project design—to which we also actively contributed at the time—is based on the principles of urban renewal, the restoration of 19th-century buildings, and the preservation of green spaces with decades of history. In addition, we provided the technical expertise needed to develop 3D renderings of the final space, paying close attention to details such as paving, bike lanes, street furniture, and materials and textures.
