3D ARCHITECTURAL VIDEO AND RENDER FOR LANDSCAPING PROJECT IN VALGA (PONTEVEDRA).<\/h3>\n

The studio of the Galician architect Germ\u00e1n Camino is the author of the landscaping and enhancement project for the Porto Pi\u00f1eiro lagoon, and we collaborated with the studio to solve the virtual representation with a 3D architectural video and render<\/strong> that realistically visualises the proposal.<\/p>\n

It is a landscaping project carried out in this very interesting space: it belongs to some old gravel mines in which water outcrops, so the proposal takes advantage of the inertia of naturalization of the place to complete with native vegetation incorporating a path that adds value to the surrounding space, with different types of species located and distributed throughout the intervention area. As can be seen in the render, leisure elements are also incorporated, such as games and recreational activities, as well as restaurant and rest areas with prefabricated cabins that go into the water in the latter case. The path adapts to the topography in a sensitive way, describing a zigzagging and generating some terraces that generate views of great beauty and visual power from the point of view of the surroundings. <\/p>\n

The 3D video had to show the architecture but also reflect the naturalisation of the space, being faithful with the rendering of the renderings to the proposed landscape as much as possible to give a real scale and immersion to the space that was being represented. Several renders were taken from different points of view to configure the animation sequence. <\/p>\n

For the development of the 3D video we had a wide range of audiovisual content recorded from high quality photos and drone videos, which we then used to integrate the 3D video of the modelled architecture with those that were real. In this case there are several aerial perspectives with the 3D video integrated. <\/p>\n

The result is a high quality hyper-realistic<\/strong> video that shows in a faithful and attractive way the way of life in the future built villa.<\/p>\n
