3D VIDEO ANIMATION AND 3D PICTURES FOR A VILLA IN MONTEMAYOR ALTO (BENAHAVIS, MALAGA)<\/h3>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]The Arquitectura Marcos Sanchez studio requested a project of infographics and 3D video animation of exteriors for Villa Cardol, a detached house with swimming pool in the Montemayor Alto urbanisation in Benahavis (Malaga). The house boasts a contemporary design, an exotic garden and an enclave overlooking the metropolitan area of Marbella and Puerto Banus.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.27.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n

The house is located in a mountainous residential enclave, which gives way to attractive natural views that were to be perceived in the architectural video. Also those conditioning factors of the place such as the sunlight, the typical materials of the white architecture, so that all of this would transmit the fresh and luminous and characteristic concept of the Costa del Sol. <\/p>\n

For the development of the 3D video we had a wide range of audiovisual content recorded from high quality photos and drone videos, which we then used to integrate the 3D video of the modelled architecture with those that were real. In this case there are several aerial perspectives with the 3D video integrated. <\/p>\n

The result is a high quality hyper-realistic<\/strong> video that shows in a faithful and attractive way the way of life in the future built villa.<\/p>\n
