The quality of the resulting image depends on many factors, but if elements such as lighting, perspective, dynamic range, and tone mapping are properly aligned, we will have a product characterized by a high degree of hyperrealism: this real estate rendering will consist largely of a real photograph, so if we aim for the highest possible level of realism in this specific project, we will have guaranteed the bulk of our success.

Renders integrated into a photograph are primarily used for backgrounds and mid-ground elements, and are particularly useful in aerial views where depicting reality on a large scale would complicate the project in our real estate rendering work. This also ensures greater realism in the final renderings of real estate developments of any type, but it also has many applications in the film industry, whether in movies or television series.

We can perform an integration in all of the following cases:

· In static renderings using photos taken by drone.

· In 360-degree renderings created using a drone equipped to capture 360-degree photos or by stitching together multiple images.

· In 3D video animations, where we can integrate an animated sequence into a video using advanced 3D tracking techniques similar to those used in the film industry.

At esferarquitectura, we have utilized this and other techniques in numerous completed projects. You can view some examples of renderings for real estate developments created by our clients in the Projects section.
