At esferarquitectura, we approach the creative process using the following method:

· First, we define the 3D renderings and confirm the desired viewpoints that best showcase the spaces within the home, building, or real estate development.

· Once we are satisfied with the final look of the spaces, we then create cinematic sequences of the shots we want to showcase. The camera movements in the specialized software are designed to mimic real-life camera angles and movements. This results in previews that allow us to visualize the storyboard for the various scenes.

· Once the animatic is approved, we begin production on the 3D animated video scenes, using a rendering process that produces several frames per second, just as in a real-life video film.

It is possible to transform 3D home designs into compelling presentations for potential clients using tools such as animation, as demonstrated in the example below, where we created an architectural visualization of a luxury villa in one of Marbella’s trendiest residential developments.

Video animation of a home or real estate development allows for both interior and exterior shots; in the latter case, 3D tracking methods are particularly useful. This involves integrating live-action footage with 3D-rendered and post-produced animation using software and technology similar to that used in the film industry.

In addition, the location sequence shown before the architecture video begins places us in the immediate vicinity of our real estate development and highlights the amenities that potential buyers will have access to.

At esferarquitectura, we develop comprehensive 3D real estate visualization projects, 360° virtual tours, and 3D animated videos of homes and other properties for real estate developers and various communications agencies.

3D video animation is an architectural video that falls within the range of options available for presenting 3D house designs, and it complements our work in 3D real estate visualization and 360° virtual tours.
