As a studio composed of architects, we place special emphasis on communication to fully understand the client’s vision and pay meticulous attention to detail in order to achieve the best possible final result.

To this end, we establish the guidelines for the project’s development in a sequential manner, adhering to the stipulated work phases. As a common element across all projects, we follow these guidelines:

· Request for information and a quote: We make initial contact with the client to discuss the project. We propose design concepts that could enhance the project or result in cost savings, depending on the specific circumstances.

· Review of submitted documentation: We accept plans, photographs, drawings, or 3D models that may have been created in-house for the purpose of preparing a cost estimate. The 3D models provided can sometimes result in cost savings in the budget, although they must meet our studio’s modeling criteria and have clean geometry, which is essential for achieving a photorealistic, high-quality finish: we will verify their characteristics upon receipt.

· Acceptance of the budget: Once the terms have been confirmed and the funds for the project have been received, we proceed to begin the project by sending preliminary images of the required viewpoints so that the client can verify that the proposed views are the most appropriate.

· Materials and previews: Once the viewpoint has been confirmed, we send low-resolution, watermarked previews so that you can verify the textures, lighting, and materials. This allows us to optimize resources by making the necessary adjustments based on the feedback received from the client.

· High-resolution delivery: Once the previews have been approved, we render and post-process the photorealistic 3D infographics to the highest quality. Upon receipt of payment upon delivery, we proceed with delivery and remove the watermark.

Our streamlined workflow allows us to meet deadlines and optimize the time and resources required for each photorealistic rendering and 3D visualization project. You can request information through our contact form, and we will provide you with a quote shortly.

At esferarquitectura, we strive to deliver the highest quality in architectural design and photorealistic 3D visualization, from the initial contact requesting information or a quote through to the final delivery, always meeting the required deadlines.
