VIRTUAL TOUR VILLAS IN CAMPANARIO MARBELLA

Campanario Virtual Tour

INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL TOUR AND INTERIOR DESIGN IN THE HOUSING ESTATE “EL CAMPANARIO” IN BENAHAVÍS (MARBELLA)

Thisis an interactive virtual tour and an interior design project that was developed by our architectural studio for the construction of four villas,  very similar among them, that are located in the housing estate “El Campanario”, in Benahavís (a town between Marbella and Estepona).

The project was planned in several phases: a first phase involved the exterior photorealistic 3D visualization and the other one involved an interior design. As for the exteriors, aerial drone views were provided to achieve the integration with 3D with photography, a technique used to achieve hyper-realistic renderings. From this perspective, the image was used to communicate how the project would look once it was built, as well as the relationship with its surroundings thanks to these aerial integrations.

Once it was confirmed that the image of the project was adapted to the required architectural design, the second phase, the interior project, was developed, with an emphasis on providing a clear idea of interiorism design that would be in line with the general idea. The project was recently extended with a 360º virtual tour representing the main spaces of the house, and compatible with virtual reality technology so that it could be visualised using specific virtual reality glasses or simply using smartphones.

As far as architecture is concerned, we find a contemporary design with clear materials and open spaces, with visual and spatial continuity between the ground floor and the individual swimming pool associated with each of the four villas. The south orientation allows the benefit of the lighting oriented to the pools and the windows that open in the main rooms of the house, as well as enhancing the views from the solarium that has an optional jacuzzi in each of them.
