Boutique Hotel interior design | 3D animation video

INTERIOR DESIGN VIDEO ANIMATION OF BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND TOURIST APARTMENTS IN MALAGA.

This project consists of an upcoming building with boutique hotel and tourist apartments to be built in the city of Malaga, and whose presentation is accompanied by an interior design video and various 3D images of numerous spaces that take place in its interior.

The boutique hotel is located in a privileged position in the historic centre, in the Plaza Alfonso XIII where other important monuments such as the Convento de la Victoria are located. It is also very close to the tourist circuit of important landmarks, just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de la Merced, Calle Alcazabilla and Malaga Cathedral.

These recently built apartments are located in a refurbished building, which has a generous interior garden where there are different spaces that are projected to remain. The video defines the interior design, and it was very important to transmit the concept of a quiet interior garden isolated from noise and in an atmosphere of leisure and relaxation. In the interior tour, the 3D animation goes through the hall, a breakfast area, a patio annexed to the breakfast area, a swimming pool area and a garden area. From the patio you can see an old colonial house attached to the building of great architectural and heritage value. Inside the boutique hotel, we find interesting common areas such as the gym, located on the ground floor.

The apartments are numerous and are arranged in the height of the building, on whose roof there is a cafe with an enclosed space and also an outdoor terrace, with a carefully designed interior, where you can appreciate the views of the square, with a high density of vegetation, as well as views of the main urban landmarks and of course the Convento de la Victoria. The 3D animation of the interior video describes this route, in a logical order of visit by the user staying at the boutique hotel.
