3D RENDER MALAGA CAC WALKWAY
CAC Walkway
3D RENDER OF THE WALKWAY OVER THE RIVER GUADALMEDINA (MALAGA)
Here is the 3D visualization of the Walkway over the river Guadalmedina for the Malaga Planning Department, whose urban planning belongs to the Department of Architecture and Infrastructure. The architectural project is located near the Contemporary Art Centre (CAC) and connects the area with Cuarteles Street, that is situated adjacent to important urban areas such as the Maria Zambrano railway station or the Malaga Planning Department headquarters. The walkway, that fits the hollow on the river Guadalmedina, replaces another one recently built whose structural issues resulted in the closure of the crosswalk. This measure was only prior to its demolition.
The project, with regard to its exterior design 3D visualization, reflects the architecture of other bridges and walkways present on the river. The external appearance focuses on lightweight materials both in structure (fixed with metal trusses) and coating, made up of a perforated aluminium skin that provide an image of transparency and unitary aspect. As for the technical section, the 3D virtual reality was especially useful in the creative designing process of its architecture, and several testing 3D renders were created, focused on the 3D working model and on a lighting that would guarantee a reliable and real project’s image for its construction.
The final 3D Render were integrated into the real-world environment through photographs taken by us in the most interesting hours of the day: one taken from the adjoining buildings and another one from a pedestrian perspective. Such techniques were already used for the development of the 3D rendering services of other urban planning projects created for the department, as regarding the Alameda Principal in Malaga.
The arquitectural 3D render of this building of architecture have been collected and published in different media and newspapers when the upcoming construction was announced within the local news section.
