3D INFOGRAPHICS OF A LUXURY HOUSING ESTATE IN MARBELLA (MALAGA)
The 3D infographics project concerns the luxury housing estate for a real estate agency and placed in Istán, a town in the province of Malaga which is close to urban centres such as Marbella or San Pedro de Alcántara and yet far from the most urbanized areas. Actually, the town is located in a natural landscape in the immediate surroundings of the reservoir of Río Verde, Sierra de las Nieves and La Concepción.
This area, at the same time, stands out for its extraordinary development in terms of urban planning and real estate expansion. For this reason, the architectural studio undertook an integrative intervention with respect to the technology and the building materials of its environment. This draft of fourteen housing units, each of about 180m2, features parking spaces, private swimming pool, and several floors with different areas for rooms and bathrooms represented according to the 3D interior infographics, as well as various areas of entertainment, which are all available to be explored through the architectural visualization techniques.
As for the technical development of the architectural rendering, the 3D exterior infographics employed aims to emphasize the integration in its natural environment with the native vegetation of the place, in order to enhance the view towards the nearby lake and its natural surroundings. For this purpose, we used photos taken from a fly drone, in which each of the perspectives shows integrations of the facades in the renders. Moreover, the project also includes 3D rendering of close-ups that were considered really interesting for what concerns its environment and the architecture proposed by the architectural studio González & Jacobson.
The 3D interior infographics of this project discloses an extremely elegant and warm design, with the outside environment becoming an integral part of the internal one, and letting breathe the purest essence of the natural surroundings.
